STALLION ROCK SOLID JESS MOVES TO MERIDIAN EQUINE

July 26, 2010 - The Grade 1-winning stallion Rock Solid Jess has moved to Meridian Equine Center in Meridian, Texas.

The 5-year-old stallion is by Mr Jess Perry out of the Tolltac mare Rockin The Tetons. He is owned by Manning Interest Ltd., and in two seasons on the track, he finished the top three in 12 of 19 starts, including four wins, and earned $253,210. He won the Dash For Cash Futurity (G1), was fourth in the Rainbow Derby (G1) and was a finalist in the West Texas Futurity (G1), Hobbs America Derby (G2), Heritage Place Derby (G1) and Texas Classic Derby (G1).

The stallion's first foals will be yearlings in 2011.
